Who We Are
Shawn grew up on Long Island and began his bagel eating journey from a young age. Some of his earliest food memories were of bagel brunches at a family friends house; an egg bagel was the bagel of choice back then. Many states, cities, restaurant jobs, and bagels eaten later he found himself in Maine ready to bring his experience and passion to his own project…Spark Bagel. Spark now includes an incredible team that make bagels in the wee hours of the morning, stocks the shelves of mid-coast Maine co-ops, and serves you bagel sandwiches at your local farmers market.
